Guidelines to Help Prevent Removal from the Group

First Offense:
A warning will be issued regarding the violation.

Second Offense:
You will be placed on a temporary ten-minute time-out. During this period, your line will be muted. After the time-out has concluded, you may rejoin the discussion.

Third Offense:
Your line will be muted for the remainder of the chat session. While you will still be able to listen to the discussion, other participants will not be able to hear you.

Fourth Offense:
You will be removed from all chat sessions. Reinstatement will require a sincere public apology to the Administrator and all participating members before permission is granted to return.

Calling in a Banned Member:
If a participant uses their phone line to allow a banned individual to join the chat, that participant's line will also be muted for as long as the banned individual remains connected through their line.
